With over 35 years of experience, we offer a framework to help communities, organizations, and individuals become more inclusive, impactful, and responsive to the needs of all people.

Our Director

Sandy is a nationally recognized speaker and advocate for equitable practices. She shares her expertise on topics including systemic injustices, the achievement gap, and holistic approaches for improving societal outcomes.

Despite her global impact, she remains deeply committed to her local community, earning the City of Davis, California’s Citizen of the Year Award in 2022.

She’s also an accomplished author who shares her powerful message of respect and cultural awareness through her stories.

Sandy received her BA in Psychology from UC Davis and a MS in School Counseling from California State University, Sacramento.
